Cilantro Mint Chutney

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy-free)

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 bunch cilantro (tender stems OK)

1 cup mint leaves, packed

1 jalapeno, sliced

2 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 garlic clove

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and lemon.
