Honey Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

1/2-1 pound large shrimp peeled & deveined


Marinade


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

juice of 2 limes

2 teaspoons garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

optional: cooked white rice

Directions

Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Press as much air out of the bag as possible.


Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout.


Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.


Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.


Cook 4-5 minutes total. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
