Honey Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken
3 tbsp oil
2 organic chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
2 eggs
1/2 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
1/4 cup corn starch
Sauce
1/2 cup liquid aminos soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
Serve With

Directions
Whisk eggs in a small bowl and in a separate bowl mix together flour and corn starch together.
First dip chicken into eggs, then flour mixture – use hands to pack flour onto each piece.
Heat pan with oil then add chicken pieces and brown on each side for 2-3 minutes. Repeat until chicken pieces are all cooked.
In a separate pan heat all of sauce ingredients for 1 minute until sauce starts to thicken. Add browned chicken and cook in sauce for 1 to 2 minutes. Then serve!
