Ponzu Slaw

Ingredients

1/4 head cabbage, shredded

1/4 lb snow peas, cut on the diagonal into matchsticks

2 carrots, cut into matchsticks

1/4 fennel bulb, sliced as thinly as possible

1 tbsp sesame seeds


For the ponzu sauce:

1/4 cup tamari wheat-free soy sauce

2 tbsp orange juice

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp mirin

1 tsp water

1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce

Green onions (scallions)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, snow peas, carrots and fennel. Keep adding dressing until you get the desired flavor.
