Arugula Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

250 g glutenfree Pasta

70 g pine nuts

2 handful fresh arugula

2 handful fresh basil

4 tbsp olive oil

50 ml water

Pinch of salt

Directions

Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.


In the meantime, place all the needed ingredients for the pesto into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. If the pesto is too thick, add more water or/and olive oil until you have the right consistency. Add to pesto to the pasta and mix. Sprinkle some more pine nuts on top and enjoy!
