Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

1/8 cup Olive Oil

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

½ tsp Dried Basil

½ tsp Dried Marjoram

½ tsp Dried Dill Weed

½ tsp Dried Thyme

½ tsp Dried Oregano

½ tsp Dried Parsley

½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

½ tsp Salt

Baby Potatoes, quartered

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Combine all ingredients and coat the quartered potatoes. Place in glass dish and roast for 25-35 minutes.
